Privacy Policy

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., using Cloudflare Workers with static assets. It consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if the browser sends one.
• Country derived from the IP address.

This information is used to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and route start-page visitors to their country's language version. Delivery and security rely on legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): making the website available and protecting it against misuse.

The site's Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare nevertheless processes request data as the hosting provider under its own terms. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

The website's own scripts set no cookies and use no browser storage. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no resources from third parties and contain no embedded third-party content. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies in the circumstances below.

Requests to the start page / are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from the visitor's IP address. The Worker receives this through the cf-ipcountry request header. The country is not stored.

Contact is available through an email link to [tevezmc32@gmail.com](mailto:tevezmc32@gmail.com); there is no contact form or other website form. Email correspondence is handled through Google LLC's Gmail service. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Answering emails relies on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) where processing is necessary for a contract or steps requested before entering one, or Art. 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Hosting and email processing may also involve transfers outside the EEA. The provider safeguards are described below.

• Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare's GDPR information.
• Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google's transfer framework information.

The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; the publisher has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own terms, separately from the website's no-log configuration.

Where the GDPR applies and its conditions are met, Arts. 15–21 provide rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. In particular, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests concerning the controller's processing to tevezmc32@gmail.com.
